Hello! I want to understand the purpose behind the exercises I do. Can you please explain how to properly do fast hands and how the first three exercises in this video are effective? Thanks in advance!

3 steps, two fingers ON THE FLOOR with a little more space in between. Secure the lock, step on the block for checking, push the back leg and slowly lower ur knees, front leg knee should be near or beside ur arm. Tension should go through the whole body to feel the strike on the block to push forward.

Nope. When he lifts his feet high, he puts them way too ahead which is the reason for bad performance, not because he lifted the feet. The only reason you don't lift the feet in the start is because you're at low velocity so you don't need the circular motion. Linear is simply faster. So you get your next step faster.

This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Literally no professional sprinter anywhere goes out in their 100m Pb time in the first 100m of the 400. Wayde van niekerk went out in 10.76 in his world record and Michael Johnson 11.10 in his. This brudda tryna say he went out faster in his 47.x. What a load of garbage 😂

If God gave you guys that vision, its not your responsibilty to generate funds. He will connect you to the right sources. Peter was a great fisherman,he never caught a major haul, til he connect and partnership with Jesus. If you have a baby,God will send kings or queens loaded to your stable. 💯🙏

The block allows you to push horizontally. This is what you need because you want more force to propel you forward.
